Who is Direct Import Auto Brokers and how did they become

Direct Imported Auto Brokers are based in Queensland and was formed many years ago when I was involved with another company here in Australia. As I have been involved in every aspect of purchasing an importation for many years I have gained the knowledge and have come to know quite a few company’s here and in Japan that have become good friends and business associates. With this in mind I can assure you with my wiliness to please and succeed I will become your long term friend and resource for all your future needs in all aspects of imported vehicles.

You don’t have to trust us with your money as you are in complete control of all the steps in buying ofyour car as we only assist you to purchase your vehicle and you make all payments directly to relevant sections usually 3 stages ie

· CAR COST

· FREIGHT, DUTY, GST, CUSTOMS FEE

· COMPLIANCE & TYRES

Do I get a Guarantee? Direct Imported Auto Brokers does offer a guarantee that the car purchased is in fact what we said it would be. In the event that the vehicle is not what it was described to be we will find another vehicle to correct specifications or repair to said condition.

Can I trust your buyers in Japan?

YES!! as DIRECT works in affiliation with only a few Japanese companies each is known for its buying power in different ways so we know we can find you your car fast and that you will get the right car first time as we know each company on a first hand basis and they know what my company requires to purchase you the end buyer a quality used Japanese import.

Why should I use your company?

Well this is an easy answer as many know there is a fair amount of knowledge and trust when it comes to buying a used car from another country. So as things get harder and harder to import the steps and processes change from time to time not to mention the overseas company’s, paperwork, phone calls and faxes involved. Would you send $10,000 or more to a stranger in another country you don’t know ? well the truth is I do know them and trust them so using a broker that has a good relationship with an overseas company can be beneficial to you. WHY YOU ASK? Because many company’s do deal with private importer’s like yourselves and they don’t care about a one off sale to one person if this is the case what do you think they will sell you if they are not a reputable company? Can you get parts?

Our company has parts suppliers and repairers in most states ready with a good selection of parts available for you in most circumstances cheaper then if you just called them yourself. We also have a secondhand performance parts supplier in Japan with a good selection of used turbo’s manifolds injectors ETC this can take time as freight on 1 item is costly to export from Japan so a few orders are required before some parts leave Japan.
